WESTSIDE RESET
CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective date: October 9, 2026 | Westside Reset LLC | Los Angeles, California
These Terms apply to residential cleaning services provided by Westside Reset LLC (“Westside Reset,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The person booking or purchasing services (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to these Terms by affirmatively accepting them during checkout. The agreed booking details, selected service checklist, add-ons, and any written changes approved by both parties form part of the service agreement.
1. Services and scope
We offer Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, recurring weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning, and separately priced add-ons. Your confirmation and the service checklist shown or linked at booking identify what is included. Tasks not listed are excluded unless we agree to them in writing. Interior oven, refrigerator, cabinets, interior windows, blinds, organizing, and other extras are performed only when specifically selected or otherwise approved. Laundry is not included unless separately offered and booked.
2. Accurate booking information and changes
You must accurately disclose property size, bedrooms/bathrooms, address, access instructions, pets, relevant conditions, and any unusually heavy buildup or cleaning needs. If actual conditions materially differ from those disclosed, we may propose an adjusted scope, price, duration, or appointment. We will obtain your approval before charging for additional services. If no agreement is reached, we may perform only the original feasible scope or decline/reschedule service under Sections 4 and 8, as applicable.
3. Payment and authorization
Full payment for the booked service is due at checkout, before the appointment, unless an alternative arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing. Any additional service or charge requires your prior approval. Tips are optional. Refunds, credits, and fees are governed by these Terms and applicable law. You may contact info@westsidereset.com with billing concerns; nothing here restricts lawful chargeback or consumer protection rights. We do not store complete card numbers ourselves; payment processing is handled by our payment provider.
4. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund of prepaid service charges or move the appointment without a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the start time, a clearly disclosed late-cancellation fee of [INSERT APPROVED FEE] may apply, only to the extent reasonable and permitted by California law; the remainder of any prepayment will be refunded. A no-show or failure to provide access may be treated as a late cancellation after the grace period in Section 5. Fees are not automatic penalties and will not exceed legally recoverable amounts. If we cancel and cannot provide the booked service, you may choose rescheduling or a refund for services not provided. Any applicable cancellation fee must also be displayed and accepted at checkout before payment.
5. Home access and appointment timing
Provide safe, timely access through an authorized method (presence, concierge, lockbox, code, or key). If the cleaner cannot enter, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you and wait up to [INSERT GRACE PERIOD, e.g., 15 MINUTES] before treating the visit as a lockout. Please keep access instructions current. Appointment arrival windows, if offered, will be stated in your confirmation. We will notify you of material delays when reasonably possible.
6. Preparing the home
Please remove excessive clutter and secure cash, jewelry, medications, documents, collectibles, sentimental objects, and other valuables. Extensive decluttering, moving heavy furniture, or organization is not included unless expressly booked. Ensure utilities and reasonably necessary water/electricity are available and that work areas can be safely reached.
7. Pets
Disclose pets that may affect service and secure any animal that may interfere with cleaning or present a safety risk. We will use reasonable care around pets, but are not responsible for consequences caused solely by an animal not being appropriately secured; this does not excuse our own negligence or obligations under law.
8. Safety and refusal of service
We may pause, decline, or reschedule service for unsafe structures, aggressive animals, threatening conduct, active infestations, bodily fluids, human/animal waste, hazardous chemicals, significant mold, or other conditions outside normal residential cleaning. We will explain the issue where practical and handle any charges or refunds reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Excluded tasks and equipment
We do not provide biohazard remediation, pest control, mold remediation, heavy lifting, unsafe ladder work, exterior high-window cleaning, or specialized restoration. Cleaners are not required to move fragile or heavy items or access unsafe areas. Stains, mineral deposits, deterioration, or buildup may not be fully removable by ordinary cleaning.
10. Fragile items, surfaces and pre-existing conditions
Please identify delicate materials, specialty finishes, loose fixtures, damaged furniture, unstable shelving, or surfaces requiring special care before service. We use reasonable care, but ordinary wear, deterioration, pre-existing damage, and damage caused solely by defective installation or unstable items are not attributable to us. This provision does not waive liability for our negligence.
11. Damage and breakage reports
If you believe our service caused damage, notify info@westsidereset.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours after the appointment, with a description and available photographs. Preserve the item and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate before repair or disposal where feasible. We will review the facts and may involve our insurer. The 48-hour request is not a waiver of legal rights or a contractual deadline that extinguishes valid claims. Any resolution is subject to applicable law.
12. Cleaning quality and results
We aim to complete the purchased checklist with reasonable care. Outcomes depend on the condition, age, and material of surfaces. Permanent staining, etching, discoloration, excessive buildup, or damaged finishes may remain despite appropriate cleaning. We do not guarantee restoration to a like-new condition.
13. Satisfaction concerns and touch-ups
If any area included in your booked cleaning service was missed or needs to be redone, please notify Westside Reset within 24 hours after the service is completed by emailing info@westsidereset.com. Include a brief description and, when possible, photographs of the area. We will review your concern promptly and, if we confirm that an included cleaning task was not completed to our service standards, arrange a reasonable touch-up at no additional charge, subject to scheduling and access. Touch-ups apply to the originally booked scope of work and do not cover new messes, additional services, or conditions arising after our visit. The 24-hour reporting window helps us assess concerns while conditions are fresh; it does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Refund requests will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.
14. Recurring services and billing
If you select recurring service, your selected frequency, per-visit price, billing timing, and any recurring payment authorization must be clearly presented and separately accepted during booking. Each upcoming appointment remains subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. You may request changes or discontinue future recurring appointments by contacting us or using available booking tools. Any material price change will be disclosed before it applies. We cannot guarantee the same cleaner for every visit.
15. Cleaning professionals
We may assign one or more cleaning professionals depending on property size, booked services, and scheduling. Please direct scheduling, payment, service changes, and complaints through Westside Reset. Nothing in these Terms restricts any lawful rights of workers or customers.
16. Gratuities
Tipping is optional. Tips designated for cleaners are passed to those cleaners in accordance with applicable payroll and tax requirements.
17. Photographs and documentation
Our team may take limited before/after or incident photographs reasonably necessary to document service condition, completed work, complaints, or damage, while avoiding personal and sensitive information where practical. Images are used internally or with insurers/service providers as necessary and handled under our Privacy Policy. We will seek separate permission before using identifiable interior-home photos for advertising or social media. Customers may raise privacy concerns before service.
18. Customer communications
We may contact you about booking confirmations, reminders, arrival, access, scheduling changes, receipts, and service support. Promotional messages, if any, are subject to separate consent and applicable opt-out rules.
19. Personal information
Personal information is handled under the Westside Reset Privacy Policy available on our website. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy differ regarding data handling, applicable privacy law controls.
20. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Westside Reset is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or legally recoverable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for negligence, fraud, willful misconduct, statutory violations, or any other liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under California law.
21. Dispute resolution
Please contact info@westsidereset.com first so we can try to resolve service or billing issues promptly. This request does not require you to waive legal rights, forego a lawful card dispute, or surrender access to courts or government agencies.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.
23. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms prospectively and post a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter terms already accepted for an existing booking without your agreement, except where required by law.
